DESCRIPTION

India Security and Loss Prevention (INSLP) is seeking highly skilled, competent and passionate program manager to lead the INSLP ATS and NL program.

Key job responsibilities
The Senior Manager, SLP (ATS) program is responsible for SLP program management for across ATS sortation centers, 3P sortation centers, airport sort centers and various types of transportation connection through surface, rail, air and sea. The Senior Manager - SLP (ATS) program works closely with ATS ops, linehaul, ACES and tech to devise loss prevention/mitigation strategies across all transportation and sortation center operations. The incumbent will be solely responsible to lead, devise strategies, convert strategies into actions, implement metrics for measurement and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Manager - SLP (ATS) program will also be responsible for effective execution of Truck secure solution (TSS) and its control room operations in India. The Senior Manager - SLP (ATS) program will ensure and benchmark with global standards of excellence such as TAPA FSR level 'A' standards and TAPA - TSR level 'B' standards. The required work focuses on cross functional efforts to solve significantly complex problems. The Senior Manager - SLP (ATS) program is trusted to operate with complete independence and is often assigned to focus on areas where the strategy has not yet been defined hence, the incumbent must be comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.

A day in the life
. Responsible for SLP program management for across AMZL core and 3P delivery channels.
. Engage with internal and external teams devise loss prevention/mitigation strategies identify risk impacting business continuity and plan accordingly.
. Engage with field SLP and Network losss teams on achieving the OP2 goals through various initiatives.
. Assist teams and investigators with systems and tools to carry out effective investigations.
. Define and track metrics through WBRs and MBRs.
. Represent, lead discussion, drive communication through excellent verbal and written skills, participate effectively in complex decisions and tough trade-offs, arrive at potential solutions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required from a recognized university.
. 10+ years' experience in a people management role, leading teams, and growing organizations
. 7+ years' experience in Security and/or Loss Prevention within a supply chain, warehousing or oil and gas, environment, including significant experience in distribution and logistics operations at management level, with a minimum of 3 years managing a team of junior security management professionals (excluding third party guarding/security service providers)
. Proven experience in Security Risk Management, and the conduct of Security Risk Assessments.
. Proficient with MS Office Professional Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel
. Decision Making/ Problem Solving - ability to proactively gather relevant operational data from appropriate sources, conduct investigative analysis to identify security/loss prevention opportunities.
. Communication and Influencing - Excellent verbal and written communication
. Experience in a similar senior level role and proven ability to handle senior stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Industry qualification/certification such as CPP, PCI, PSP, CFE, etc
. Project Management Certification (PMP), Six Sigma Certification (LSSGB, LSSBB)
. Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
. Experience in change management principles and performance evaluation processes
. Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across multiple teams, as well as internal and external executive stakeholders
. Experience in delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
