Key Responsibilities :

• Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities with RMG clients.
• Manage the company's existing key accounts.
• Work closely with Legal, accounts, content, and outside vendors to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of projects.
• Develop strong, strategic relationships with customers to identify and leverage on the customers business goals, growth strategies, and profit drivers to deliver the appropriate value proposition/sales solution strategy.
• Ensure daily/weekly updates of pipeline & provide accurate forecast to the sales to the leadership team
• Monitoring and mentor the performance of the sales team and see the overall team targets are achieved.
• Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Regularly attending sales meetings, seminars and conferences.

Desired Experience : 
  • Proven experience of an Assistant Sales Manager for 4-6 year in media, conferences or RMG industry.
  • Excellent Networking skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
