Job Summary: CivicMinds India Pvt. Ltd., a US staffing company, is seeking a US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing qualified healthcare professionals in the United States. Your primary focus will be on identifying talented candidates and ensuring their smooth on-boarding process. Timing: 9 :00 PM to 6:00 AM Location: Mohali (Onsite) Note: Both side Cab Facility for Female Candidates. Responsibilities: l Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and requirements. l Source and attract qualified US healthcare professionals using various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, and referrals. l Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for specific positions. l Facilitate the on-boarding process for selected candidates, including verifying employment eligibility and conducting background checks. l Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment system. l Stay updated on US healthcare regulations and industry trends to effectively match candidates with client needs. l Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates. Qualifications: l Bachelor's degree in B.Sc, M.Sc, M.Pharma, M.Pharma, BBA, B.Com, MBA, M.Com. l Previous experience as a US Healthcare Recruiter is a Plus Point. l Strong communication and interpersonal skills. l Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. l Freshers & Experience both can apply for this role.Job tags
