Job Description :We are seeking a dynamic Lead Data Scientist to spearhead our data science initiatives and drive actionable insights from raw data. As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee client relationships, manage projects, and cultivate a high-performing data science team. Your expertise in statistical analysis, problem-solving, and strategic alignment of data products with business objectives will be instrumental in advancing our AI services.Responsibilities :Utilize advanced statistical techniques, algorithms, and machine learning models to develop scalable solutions addressing diverse business challenges across industry domains.Design, develop, and enhance data models, tools, and capabilities.Communicate findings effectively through visualizations and collaborate with stakeholders from various backgrounds.Provide expertise in areas such as Object Detection, Natural Language Processing, Sentiment Analysis, Recommender Systems, and more.Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.Implement agile methodologies to ensure timely project delivery.Demonstrate exceptional oral, presentation, and written communication skills.Apply statistical methodologies to drive optimization across product development, marketing strategies, and business operations.Contribute to ML model containerization, inference pipelines, testing, and monitoring.Tech Stack :Proficient in Python programming, including advanced concepts like Abstract Classes, Function Overloading, and Inheritance.Experience with cloud services, particularly Azure.Familiarity with REST API development using frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.Knowledge of PySpark for Spark DataFrame operations and SQL functions API.Experience with unit testing using Python pytest or Unittest.Preferred Qualifications :Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Math, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related technical fields.Minimum 6 years of total experience with at least 3 years in a senior data scientist role, specializing in predictive analytics, computer vision, and NLP solutions.Advanced proficiency in statistical techniques, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.Strong programming skills in Python or R.Excellent planning and project management abilities, with a focus on multitasking and prioritization.Self-motivated with a drive to deliver results within deadlines.Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.Exceptional influence and relationship management skills.
