Primary Purpose: The role holder will be responsible for leading the Workday HCM modules for BU India along with leading the People Transformation & Digitization agenda for the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities: Solid skill set of Workday HCM modules. Experience in Core HCM, WD position Management Workday Modules like Learning, Benefits, Time & Absence, Recruitment, Reporting Dashboards and EIBs uploads Workday Data validation / audit programs to ensure data integrity / compliance Own to resolve people’s issues received through a variety of channels in a timely manner by adhering to the defined SLA. Work together with Managers, People Partners, and various functional leads across BU and zone team Identify and update data issues in WD and maintain employee data sanity. Participate in the planning and execution of testing activities related to Workday releases and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to reporting functionality. Strong acumen to identify process improvement initiatives Lead People Transformation and Digitization agenda for the organization Manage off roll in employee lifecycle initiatives

Education & Experience: Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline 3 - 4 years of experience on Workday implementation Experience on payroll portals (ADP), other HRIS systems, SAP will be an added advantage

Skills required: Should have the learning agility to learn and work on new domains as required by the business Must be able to converse fluently in English Good in Stakeholder and Vendor Management
