Role: District Sales Manager (5-8 Yrs Experience)

Location  : Kutch

Key Skills: Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, Distribution Sales, Retail Sales

Job Description:

You will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong partnerships, and leading the sales team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the B2B sector.

2. Acquisition of potential new channel partners.

3. Deliver outstanding customer service in terms of presales and post-service.

4. Work with passion as a part of the team while maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.

6. Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts that address client needs and showcase the value of our products/services.

7. Track and analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales strategies and maximize revenue generation.

Key Skill Require;

1. bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

2. 3-8 years of progressive experience in B2B sales/B2C Sales, preferably in a similar industry or sector.

3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Deep understanding of the B2B/B2C sales process, including lead generation and qualification

7. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, attend industry events, and visit regional offices.

8. Candidate should be able to handle a team of 5-7 members.

9. Should have good team handling experience and services background.

10. Must be a target-oriented leader.

11. Driving the KRA for the team as well as themselves.
