Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Accounts Executive role located in Kanpur. The Associate will be responsible for assisting with Accounting, Tax Consultancy, Auditing, and Assurance services. Day-to-day tasks include preparing tax returns, maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The Associate will work closely with senior staff members to gain exposure to proprietary software systems and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Accounting principles and tax rules
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications
• Ability to work with numbers and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in taxation and accounting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field

Responsibilities

• Verification of Statutory Compliance related to GST, TDS, Income Tax provisions, Accounting and Auditing standards
• Audit of various areas such as MSME, Startups, Banking, Finance, Loans, Salaries, Tax compliance, etc
• ROC and Other related Compliance
• Finalisation of Financial statements, Notes to Accounts, Explanatory Notes, drafting Audit reports and CARO
• Transaction Advisory for newly incorporated entities with exposure to Income Tax, GST and other related acts
• Bank and Mid Corporate Audits
• Tax Notice Compliance and Litigation

We are seeking individuals who are pursuing CA or have pursued CA only
