Job description

• Understanding of Integrated layouts like Industrials, Commercial & Hospital projects (Civil ,Mechanical & Electrical )
• Regular interaction with Cross Functiona Team ( Civil, Mechanical & External teams ) for smooth execution of the project
• Updating Daily Project Report ( DPR ), Weekly & Monthly updates to HOD, preparing weekly plans, monthly plans.
• Preparation of project schedules and monitoring of progress wrto base line schedule.
• Materail fore casting, daily consumtion report & Preparing the Re- Consolation statements on materials
• Handling capacity of minimum 3-4 sub contractors in daily at site
• Forecasting of Manpower / tools / If any electrical equipments to the projects
• Awareness on electrical standars to execute the electrical equipments & to maintan the best quality of work
• Providing the joint measurement sheet ( JMC ) to Billing team for releasing the sub contract billing.
• Materails Inspection at store inward, & Verify as per the specification & maintan proper storage at site.
• Implementing best safety practices, 5S in site.
• Developement of new sub contactors
  

ACCOUNTABILITES UNIQUE ACCOUNTABILITY SHARED ACCOUNTABILITES (M7 AND ABOVE ONLY)

1. Accountable for all planning of electricl works for the project & billing transaction,payments receipts from clients, completion of monthly billing in time and submission to accounts.
2. Accountable for weekly subcontractor bills submision to accounts and sub contractor Orders approvals.
Preferred candidate profile:

BE/Btech Electrical Engineering /EEE with 3 to 4 years experience or Diploma with 5 to 7 years of experience

1. Should have good knowlede in ERP/SAP. 2. Should have knowledge on Project Management particularly for HT(upto 33KV) and LT Works in Industrial, commercial, residential projects. 3. Should have a good knowldege on LV systems packages.
4. Should have good knowledge on documentation requirments.
5. Should have good knowledge on Quality concepts, ISO, Six Sigma etc.. Skill 1. Should have good negotiation skills. 2. Should be Customer centric.
