Role Description

This is a full-time Patent Specialist role located in Hyderabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Patent Specialist will be responsible for patent applications, patent preparation, patent illustration, patent law, and patentability. The Patent Specialist will provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the patent application process.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Patent Applications, Patent Preparation, Patent illustration, Patent Prosecution, Patent Law, and Patentability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously
• Experience working with legal documents is a plus

A Bachelor's degree in Law, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred. Experience in the patent field is a plus.
