Job Description - Social Media Strategist

Role and Responsibilities:

Creative Duties:

Execute creative tasks for multiple brands across various industries, including campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.

Bring 1-3 years of agency experience to the role.

Collaboration and Ideation:

Collaborate with the New Business team for creative ideation and contribute to creative showcases for pitches.

Client Interaction:

Present comprehensive creative plans for campaigns and articulate scripts to clients for various brands.

Ensure creative work meets award-winning standards and actively apply for industry awards to gain recognition for the team.

Reporting and Coordination:

Report to the Chief Design Officer, receiving overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or creative tasks.

Coordinate daily with the Account Managing Team, covering tasks from topical brand posts to annual campaign strategies.

Visual Direction and Briefing:

Provide visual direction to the graphic design team based on ideas or concepts generated.

Break down briefs for junior creatives to streamline and enhance the creative process.

Revision and Timeline Management:

Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback, adhering to self-set practical timelines that balance ideation and client goals.

Actively oversee each stage of the production process, ensuring the final product meets the desired standards.

Research and Awareness:

Conduct in-depth research on brands, competition, and target audiences to stay informed about brand needs.

Stay up-to-date with developments in the field, industry news, and online trends.
