Uplers is Looking for: - Vetting and drafting required legal documents like commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements vendor agreement.
- Attending the legal queries coming from the clients as well as internal employees
- Be part of calls with client's legal team as and when needed.
- Coordinating with external lawyers for internal and external legal suits and notices.
- Coordinate with Government Authorities and officials for external and/or internal affairs.
This Role Requires: - This is a Hybrid opportunity; candidate needs to be flexible to work in flexi shifts based on the business needs from Home OR Office.
- Must be open for both desk and field job when required.
- Candidate must have an LLB
