Position Purpose

Contributing Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact between the CIO and internal/external stakeholders
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
• Make travel arrangements
• Book Conference & Meeting room based on directions form HOD
• Monitor department office supplies 
• Monitor seating for Department
• Work with Business Management team to facilitate correct tracking of HC 
• Monitor mandatory/Non Mandatory compliance and other L&D related training and send out timely reminders to associates 
• Track monthly timesheet for department and escalate whenever necessary 
• Monitor Organizational Units for India Info sec (IT security, BCM and Cybersecurity Offshoring)
• Coordinate with various team Admin, REFOG and Others 
• Coordinate admin related activities during Senior Management Visit to ISPL
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality 
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in English
• Exemplary planning and time management skills
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs as necessary
• Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
