Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Head of Sales Marketing in our Patna office. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team, including account management, sales management, and team management. The role will also involve using analytical skills to analyze market trends and provide strategic input into sales and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and provide strategic input
• Proven experience in account management and sales management
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Knowledge of the local market and language proficiency in Hindi and/or Bhojpuri is preferred
