Requirement
• Proven 5 to 8 years of experience in with PHP and Laravel framework
• Design and develop robust and scalable backend applications using Laravel
• Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, Vue.JS and CSS.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL/AWS Redshift
• Exposure to AWS cloud Technologies and DevOps CI/CD
• Experience in GitHub/GitLab
• Experience on OpenSearch is a great advantage
• Experience in leading a small team of 2 to 3 Developers will be added advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain software programs using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Review junior member code to ensure best practices and quality in maintained
• Lead and guide a small team of 2 to 3 members
• Follow Agile Methodologies best practices for Software Development
• Have regular Technical discussion with Customer side Technical PoCs
• Troubleshoot and debug software issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
