Position - Growth Marketing/Lead Generation Specialist
Location – Noida
A brief about the role:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy
aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and optimize various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM,
Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.).
• Create high-quality content that attracts target audiences, drives traffic,
and generates leads.
• Launch and manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Ads) across
relevant platforms.
• Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline workflows and
personalize communication.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance data and use insights to
refine strategies and tactics.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to
ensure marketing efforts are aligned and impactful.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on
lead generation.
• Strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and best
practices.
• Experience with web analytics and marketing automation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Data-driven mindset and a passion for innovation.
• Familiarity with the Fintech industry would be a plus.
