Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting on behalf of our clients to build their businesses.
Qualifications
- Hiring, Recruiting, and Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet targets
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- MBA in Human Resources Management
- Experience in the Consulting industry is a plus
