Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (BTech Fresher 1 year)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Specialist located in New Delhi. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, offering technical assistance, and resolving customer issues with the company's security and surveillance products. Other day-to-day responsibilities include resolving technical problems, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong technical support, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and customer satisfaction skills
• Experience in providing customer support for technical products
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in layman's terms
• Experience in videography, optics and CCTV/IP cameras is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
