Senior Data Architect Position : Senior Data Architect Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Job Location: Pune Employment Type: Full-Time- Hybrid Mode Experience Required: 10+ Years Software Requirements: Proficiency in business intelligence tools, especially Power BI. Extensive experience with various databases including MySQL, Aurora, MS-SQL, NoSQL. Proficiency in AWS cloud services, AWS Data Migration Service (DMS), Azure Data Factory, and Amazon Redshift. Skilled in OLAP, Talend, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and PySpark. Knowledge of containerization with Docker and related container management platforms. Experience with real-time streaming platforms. Familiarity with AI/ML algorithms and model training. Overall Responsibilities: Design and execute database solutions and models for efficient data storage and retrieval. Evaluate client needs to determine database structural requirements. Ensure compliance of database implementations with all regulations. Provide comprehensive database design documentation to management and stakeholders. Oversee system performance, conduct regular tests, and integrate new features. Develop strategies for improving and leveraging existing database systems. Educate and mentor team members, providing training to enhance their skills. Address system issues promptly and offer timely support. Categorywise Technical Skills: Business Intelligence: Advanced skills in Power BI and data visualization. Database Management: Expertise in handling relational and non-relational databases. Cloud Computing: Strong capabilities in AWS and Azure cloud services related to data storage and processing. Data Processing: Proficiency in Talend, SSAS, and PySpark for data analysis and processing. Streaming & Real-Time Data: Knowledge of real-time data processing and streaming platforms. Containerization: Experience with Docker and managing containerized environments. AI/ML: Understanding of AI/ML principles related to data architecture. Experience: A decade or more of experience as a Data Architect, with a proven track record in designing and managing complex data systems. Demonstrable experience with cloud-based data solutions and big data technologies. Day-to-Day Activities: Oversee the development and maintenance of database architectures. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable data solutions. Perform system testing and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops for team members. Keep abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data architecture and management. Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and mentorship abilities. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Independent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
