Responsibilities:


Develop and execute integrated marketing plans tailored to regional markets in India, aligning with Salesforce's overarching business goals.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior leadership stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships and enhance brand visibility in the field.
Lead the planning and execution of comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns, encompassing digital events, in-person events, social media marketing, and database marketing.


Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and alignment with regional objectives.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify regional trends, challenges, and opportunities, informing strategic decision-making.


Requirements:

Minimum 7 years experience in field marketing, with a demonstrated track record of building successful integrated marketing plans in the technology sector.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership stakeholders effectively.
Expertise in driving 360-degree marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital events, in-person events, social media marketing, and database marketing.


Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic field marketing environment.
