Key Responsibilities:

• Job Posting: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms and job boards.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, providing updates on their application status and answering any inquiries.
• Data Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
