Job Description

Who are we? A new dynamic division under the noon ecosystem aims to provide specialized performance marketing services. We understand the ever-evolving landscape of online marketplace and are dedicated to utilizing the most effective strategies to ensure the success of the brands we collaborate with. We aim to create impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness, increase conversions, and ultimately boost revenue

What are we looking for? Our Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to join our team. As a Growth Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue, customer acquisition, and market expansion. This position requires a strong leader with a deep understanding of ecommerce, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

About the role The core duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities Influencer Marketing: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Identify and engage with relevant influencers across various platforms and industries, negotiating partnerships and contracts as needed. Collaborate with influencers to develop creative content that aligns with our brand messaging and resonates with our target audience. Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to optimize results and drive ROI. Provide guidance and support to team members involved in influencer outreach, partnership management, and campaign execution.

Affiliate Marketing: Lead the affiliate marketing program, including strategy development, partner recruitment, and performance optimization. Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive traffic and sales through affiliate channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals. Monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics, and provide ongoing support and guidance to maximize results. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing, implementing new strategies and initiatives as needed. Oversee team members responsible for affiliate partner management, program administration, and reporting.

Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing team focused on influencer and affiliate marketing. Set clear goals and objectives for team members, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, creativity, and professional growth. Delegate tasks and projects effectively, ensuring that team members have the resources and support needed to succeed. Lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a commitment to excellence.

Attributes to succeed in the role

Skills experiences and behaviors required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven 6-7 years of experience in ecommerce growth strategy development and execution. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. In-depth knowledge of ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices. Effective communication and presentation skills. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes. Project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives simultaneously.
