We will soon be a public listed company with a presence in Bombay Stock Exchange. We are headquartered in Mumbai with Pan India presence and have partnerships with best in class OEM’s. Our experienced leadership team manages a team of around 150 employees serving more than 40 customers. We offer End to End IT solutions & services to meet all requirements of customers. With our proposed public listing, we aim to grow revenue multifold in the next 5 years.
Designation: Business Development Manager The Role We are scouting for an ambitious and enterprising Sales professional to be a key part of our exponential growth plan. Must have skills It is imperative that the individual has strong connections with IT teams & leaders across 30-40 organisations. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for bringing in new accounts and generate revenue as per assigned targets. The person will have to achieve monthly & quarterly revenue goals and generate sales pipeline for multiple product/service lines of Brisk Technovision. The candidate should have a sound understanding of IT services, Infra solutions and cybersecurity solutions domains so as to address initial client queries effectively. The position requires the ability to multi-task between core sales tasks and other initiatives aimed at overall growth & development of individual, team & organization. · Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience carrying and exceeding sales quota in IT infra-Sales (servers, storage etc), Cloud Services, Data Center Services. · Strong communication skills both written and oral, should be able to present to CXO level · Should have existing client base and relationship with Mid-Market and Enterprise customers · Should be able to signup new customers and build prospect list through in-person meetings, cold calling, field sales, telemarketing, social tools like LinkedIn, etc. · Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals. · An independent work style with good time management skills · Coachability; should be able to assimilate feedback and dedicated to consistent improvement of your craft. · Consistent track record for developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals. · Demonstrated ability to manage/coordinate multiple projects and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with good judgment, initiative and follow-through to ensure deadlines are met. · Ability to recognize opportunities for process improvement and willingness to take on new challenges · Adopt a consultative approach to sales and function as a trusted advisor to clients · Apply prospecting techniques for securing new clients, key account management, and general account maintenance. · Provide periodic reviews of business including sales call activity, lead follow up, account reviews, prospecting and performance · Has a marketing mindset and capable of pitching new products & services basis identified needs of customers What’s in it for you? · An opportunity to be part of the team growing revenue 3X in 3 years · Market aligned salary, incentives & other employee benefits · Clear defined path to career growth over time Send your CV's to [email protected]Job tags
