Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) tailored to stock markets and our target audience. - Create engaging and informative content, including text posts, images, infographics, and videos, that educate and interact with followers about our services, market trends, and financial literacy. - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly. - Manage and schedule content calendars for consistent posting on platforms. - Monitor and analyze social media engagement metrics, including follower growth, reach, and impressions, and report findings to management. - Identify and engage with relevant influencers in the financial space. - Respond promptly and professionally to comments and inquiries from followers, addressing concerns and providing excellent customer service. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., research, product, marketing, design) to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all social media activity. Qualifications: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the financial services industry. - Deep understanding of stock markets and financial instruments. - Ability to translate complex financial concepts into easily digestible content for social media audiences. - Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to tailor content for diverse audiences. - Proven ability to create engaging and informative content. - Proficient in social media management tools. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret data to inform future strategies. - Passionate about the financial services industry and staying informed about market trends. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job tags
