Job description
Role Summary:
We are looking for the Lead - Sales Automation who will Enable and drive sales force effectiveness and efficiency through providing best-in class Sales force automation (SFA) and real-time data analytics solutions. He’ll have to work closely with Sales team to ensure smooth functioning of DMS/SFA . The Automation Manager will also be responsible for training and supporting employees in the use of automated systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team handling experience of 3 – 4 Executives.
- One point of contact for the sales team pertaining to the DMS/SFA Application & roll out
- Help & Support Sales Team on Pre-Rollout Planning of DMS & Handheld Device
- Responsible for software installation & provide training to the respective stake holders based on the Distributor Site Readiness.
- Customize DMS as per business requirements and provide solutions in case of any technical problems.
- Ensure 100% adherence to the DMS system and implement Trade and discount schemes in system
- Responsible for Data Analytics and sharing weekly/monthly dashboard to the leadership team
- Setting and Reviewing Distributor KPIs to drive optimal distributor Sales Rep Performance
- Coordinate national and regional sales system projects for field service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the software.
- SAP TO DMS data flow – PT file updating in DMS. Price correction Process in case of any issue.
- Multiple Schemes Creation & Modification in DMS.
- SFA Adoption Process for TSO/DO - Master & Team PJP Creation, SKU Mapping.
- Collaborate with the development team to provide feedback on issues reported by Distributors & Sales Team and suggest improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation related to software issues and resolutions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or any graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- The individual must have had the experience of successfully implementing the DMS system.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Good Experience on SAP ERP and good knowledge on Distributor Models
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot software issues.
