• Understanding the Job Description provided by the client
• Job Posting in various Portals
• Shortlisting of CV's
• Communicating with candidates – Interview line up, Negotiating on salary/notice period
• Independently own and deliver on sourcing strategy including search, candidate engagement, etc.
• Feedback from the Interviewer and candidate
• Maintain candidate databases
• Excellent Communication Skill is a mandate
• Effective time-management abilities
• Flexible to work from office'
