Qualification: Be/BTech /Diploma (Mechanical)
Salary: 20000 to 30000
Experience: 3-7 years
Location: Govindpura, Bhopal
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- Material calculation and planning to complete the job in the least scrap generation.
- Drawing Preparation for the shop to manufacture the items.
- DXF Preparation for nesting using CAD Tool Autocad.
- CNC machine programming for Cutting on Nesting Software Most2D.
- Solving Internal problems related to drawings.
- Sheet matel Part's Unfolded view generation for manufacturing, Using 3D CAD Tool CATIA.
- Identifying Material standards as per customer's requirement. And suggesting suitable equivalent standards to match the requirement.
- Prepare Bill of material for the job, to manage the on-time suggestion related to Qty of items.
- Identifying processes required for the job such as Machining, Rolling, Bending, Cutting, casting, and forming, and informing the production team to work further.
- Cost and Estimation - Evaluation of a new enquiry.
- Evaluating the cost to the company to manufacture the enquired job.
- Co-relating with the purchasing department to get the current market rates of the material
and process.
- In-depth knowledge of Auto Cad 2D / 3D, Uni-Graphics, Most 2D
