What will you do-
- Meet monthly hiring targets and maintain the Database in ATS
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Innovative hiring techniques to be brought in to meet the numbers.
- Set up ATS automation and dashboards for various metrics and KPI's on ZOHO
- Design job descriptions, assessments and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates to effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Research, develop, and implement competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
- Conduct & manage internal communication projects (for instance- job satisfaction surveys)
- Ensure effective utilization of resources (materials, budgets, vendors, and people).
- Organise campus placement drives
- Ensure compliance with organization policies by all team members Indicative KRA's Strategy
- Employer brand-building initiatives at E School Campus through Summer Internship Programmes & Campus Connect Programmes
What do we expect from you
- Work Experience: Minimum of 1+ years experience in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience in a start-up environment is a definite plus.
- Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mind-set, ability to deliver in a high pace environment
