Position Lead Scientist ( R&D ) Location Bengaluru (Hybrid) Job Overview We are seeking a highly driven and innovation-oriented scientist to lead our R&D Department. You will be responsible for setting up the foundation for the R&D function at Atomgrid. Qualifications: Ph.D. / MSc degree in chemistry with 10+ years of experience in R&D within specialty chemical companies like Jubilant, Aarti, Laxmi, SRF, Deepak Nitrite, etc. Experience in the development and commercialization of intermediates and actives for the agro and pharmaceuticals industry. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead process development and optimization of Actives and Intermediates from lab scale to bulk manufacturing. Work closely with our manufacturing network to resolve challenges related to product and process chemistry. Front-end R&D discussions with customers and supplier RnD teams. Lead internal knowledge management and create detailed documentation on product evaluation, process documentation, and technology transfer. Why join us?
