We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to work with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, as well as to develop and implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, analyze data, and more. Along with strong analytical abilities and a dedication to upholding standards of excellence, they should possess a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities - Experience as a quality control specialist.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance, defects, and resolutions.
- Communicate quality metrics to relevant stakeholders.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to address quality issues.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide input on quality-related matters.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve incoming material quality.
- Conduct training sessions for production and quality control personnel on quality standards and procedures.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and ensure the team is updated on relevant quality trends.
- Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
- Propose and implement process improvements to streamline quality control procedures.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
