Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker at Matsya Logistics located in Mohali district. The Freight Broker will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as Freight Brokerage, Brokerage, Customer Service, Dispatching, Account Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience in Dispatching and Account Management
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and carriers
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards
• Reliable and detail-oriented
