Role And Responsibilities - Understand students' career needs through direct and indirect interactions.
- Find opportunities that match those needs on social media platforms and through personal connections.
- Connect with corporates in the IT/ITeS industry and manage relationships with them.
- Prepare students to apply for selected job opportunities.
- Arrange for placement events, including logistics and other arrangements, to facilitate interviews and selection of candidates.
- Collate data for interviews and selections and update relevant dashboards.
- Provide post-placement support to students regarding joining and retention as per need.
Candidate Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in ITI Placements.
- Experience in student engagement, including internships and volunteer work (preferred).
- Experience in sourcing job opportunities in the IT and other sectors (preferred).
- Demonstrated excellence in college, internships, and extra-curricular work.
- Top-tier graduate and/or postgraduate degree (preferred).
- Ability to work in a diverse team and under pressure.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in event management (preferred).
