Job description

Responsible for New Business Conversion New Customer Creation New RFQ generation Handling Annual Sales Budget and YOY Sales Growth and Review Budgeted monthly progress.. Representing the company in Domestic and International exhibitions.

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Management Marketing or related field is preferred.

2. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

3. A sales manager needs to be extremely patient. You just can t afford to be rude to your customers.

4. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

5. Ability to build relationships with crossfunctional counterparts and upper management:

Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through calling and mailing.

Regular visiting to New potential customers for new business conversion.

Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.

Generation of New RFQs from Potential Customers.

Cost Negotiation & Business finalisation.

Maintain Good Relationship with Existing & New Clients.

Ensure meeting of Budgeted Sales Targets on YOY basis.

Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.

Making strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales target

Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.

Monthly MIS Report

Regular Update on all reports related to TQM as per defined frequency.
