Role And Responsibilities The Senior Outlet Manager will be responsible for managing the hotel and restaurant outlets, ensuring high-quality guest service, and the profitability of the business. Additional responsibilities include:
- Supervising staff and overseeing training programs
- Developing budgets and managing expenses
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Ordering and maintaining inventory
- Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
Candidate Qualifications The candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar management role
- A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality
Required Skills - Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Thorough knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
