Role And Responsibilities

The Senior Outlet Manager will be responsible for managing the hotel and restaurant outlets, ensuring high-quality guest service, and the profitability of the business. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Supervising staff and overseeing training programs
  • Developing budgets and managing expenses
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

Candidate Qualifications

The candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar management role
  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Thorough knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial statements
