- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and maintaining high standards of service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing strategies to enhance overall service excellence

Responsibilities:
- Customer Satisfaction:Develop and implement strategies to measure and improve customer satisfaction
- Gather feedback through surveys, customer interactions, and other channels to identify areas for enhancement
- Service Quality Assurance:Establish and monitor service quality benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with service standards
- Process Improvement:Analyze service delivery processes and identify opportunities for optimization
- Implement improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
- Training and Development:Develop training programs for service-oriented teams to enhance skills and uphold service standards
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on customer service excellence
- Communication:Facilitate clear and effective communication between service teams and other departments
- Ensure that customer feedback is communicated to relevant teams for continuous improvement
- Customer Advocacy:Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization
- Act as an advocate for customers' needs and requirements across various departments
- Problem Resolution:Address escalated customer issues and work towards satisfactory resolutions
- Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure prompt and effective problem-solving
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with product development, sales, and other departments to align service strategies with overall business objectives
- Foster a collaborative environment to improve end-to-end service delivery
- Documentation:Maintain documentation of service processes, standards, and best practices
- Provide documentation and training materials for ongoing reference
