Job description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing professional to join our client's team. As the Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and managing performance-based marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and platforms
- Proficiency in Google AdWords, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads
- Experience with search engine marketing (SEM) and paid social media advertising
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
- Manage and optimize performance-based marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital platforms, search engines, and social media
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning in performance marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance
- Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics and provide regular insights and recommendations for improvement
