ALM Application Operational Support & Test Management Professional with Business Analyst Capabilities
The ALM Application & Test Management professional is accountable and responsible for providing core operational, automation, and cloud-based solutions for applications involved in 'Application Lifecycle Management.' Additionally, this role involves overseeing the operational aspects of the test management process within Siemens Healthineers IT.
This role includes business analyst capabilities, ensuring a holistic approach in understanding business requirements.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Experience on migrating on prim Application to SaaS.
- Handling End to End Service Operation of SaaS Application & On Prime Application
- Responsible for addressing all tickets w.r.t Incident Management, Change Management & Problem management.
- Strong understanding & Implementation of Authentication and Authorization methodology.
- Provide cloud-based solution for infrastructure optimization.
- Day to day management of Tasks across all Application within ALM Portfolio.
- Coordinates communication among internal and external Teams.
- Strong knowledge of all ITIL processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understands Operation requirements, components, and setup to propose Operational roadmap and continuous service improvements.
- Participates in internal service review meetings (within IT & with business) & supplier management meetings.
- Collaborate with business and IT leadership to prioritize, maintain, and oversee execution on infrastructure roadmaps.
- Flexibility in managing global processes and being available on-call for emergency situations always.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, strategies, and schedules for projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, development teams, and other stakeholders to define testing objectives and requirements.
- Oversee the execution of test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Monitor and analyze test results, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
- Work closely with automation engineers to develop and maintain automated test scripts.
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Ensure that testing activities comply with organizational standards and policies.
Business Analyst Roles & Responsibilities :
- Work with internal & external stakeholders in IT, vendors & business to collaboratively develop and drive the strategy & roadmap for the Operational Services in scope. Understands service requirements, components, and setup to drive continuous service improvements.
- Responsible for ensuring service governance related to security & data protection.
- Responsible for Fulfilling Healthcare standards like FDA, HIPPAA, Part 11, GDPR, legal, export control & customs etc.
- Experience with documentation, process implementation and Operation management.
- Provide senior management and service stakeholders required weekly, monthly and quarterly reports related to Operational performance etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
