Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager located in Surat. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, coordinating with the production team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Relations Manager will oversee customer service issues and resolve them in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good organizational and project management skills
• Experience in customer service or customer relationship management is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field
• Experience in the media and entertainment industry is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
