Role Description * Client Acquisition: Actively prospect, identify, and secure new clients through various channels including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.

* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.

* Requirement Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments with potential and existing clients to understand their digital marketing requirements, challenges, and objectives.

* Proposal Creation: Develop comprehensive proposals outlining digital marketing solutions that address client needs and objectives. Present proposals to clients effectively, addressing any questions or concerns.

* Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Handle objections and concerns professionally and effectively.

* Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and technical teams, to ensure smooth project execution and delivery of services as per client expectations.

* Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to provide innovative solutions to clients.

* Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines. Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance.

Qualifications Digital Marketing Knowledge Knowledge of Web Analytics and Online Marketing Excellent communication skills Customer-Centric Approach Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders Strong project management skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or related field Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
