Job Summary: The ZTH for the IMF Vertical is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the training and development efforts within a designated zone. Reporting directly to the AVP - IMF Training Head, the ZTH will play a critical role in enhancing the training program's effectiveness, aligning it with business goals, and leading a team of trainers. This position will also work closely with the AVP to ensure seamless execution of the training strategy within the zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Management:
- Oversee the planning, development, and delivery of training programs within the designated zone, ensuring alignment with the overall training strategy.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
- Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 6 Trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and monitor progress to ensure training goals are met.
- Zone Training Strategy:
- Collaborate with the AVP - IMF Training Head to define and execute the training strategy for the designated zone.
- Ensure that training initiatives within the zone are in line with broader business objectives.
- Performance Metrics:
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for trainers and training programs to measure their effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the AVP - IMF Training Head on the zone's training performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the zone, including department heads and team leaders, to understand training needs and align programs accordingly.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all training programs within the zone adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high training standards and consistency.
- Resource Allocation:
- Manage resources and budget for training initiatives within the zone, optimizing allocation for maximum impact.
