Job description

Role Description This is a full-time WFH and as required (once or twice in a month need to visit the office ) role for a Founder Associate located in Dahisar(Mumbai). The Founder Associate will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, assessing market trends, handling calls, and establishing partnerships to drive business growth. The Founder Associate will also be responsible for managing budgets, organizing events, and coordinating with other teams to ensure project completion.

Timings: EST Time

( 8.00 pm to 5.00 am IST ) Only Night Shifts Salary: 15k - 30k INR

Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in calling Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Knowledge of the diamond and jewelry industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
