Job description
Main tasks and responsibilities: Development of Window Forms application from scratch or modification of existing app that includes UI creation, addition of related functionality. Creation of databases and using CRUD operations on them, working knowledge of stored procedures. Creation/maintenance of Window services wherever required. Project execution within timeline, communication with engineers and tool developers. Participate to activities such as programing, code review, testing, debugging and code refactoring (C#.NET mostly). Ensure processes are followed and continuously improved within project team: planning, testing, documentation, and all aspects related to software development. Maintain and enhance software by suggesting and implementing changes based on user feedback and business processes in place or to come. Apply agile methodology and software development lifecycle processes.
Qualifications/Experience and Knowledge Required Master or Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Software Engineering or Computer Science with a flair for technology. Minimum 3 years of proven experience in object-oriented Software Design, Programming, Debugging, Validation, Documentation and Testing in C#.NET environment. Minimum 2 years of experience in WinForms Development Experience in SQL severs Database design and operations Knowledge of WCF services will be an advantage. Sound knowledge of MS-Office.Job tags
