We are looking for new team members to join our Media Buying team. The focus will be the ownership of the systems of AVOW within the team with different platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in roles similar to Ad Ops, Ad Trafficker / backend of ad campaign optimization, and someone who enjoys working in a diverse team!
What does success look like for this role - Subject matter expertise on AVOWs services offering from A-Z both on the technical and commercial perspective in the first 6 months
- Ownership of the systems of AVOW within the Media Buying Team (Mobile OEM Platforms, MMP platforms, CRM, Task management, Analytics)
- Understanding of OEM inventory as a base for independent decision-making for campaign optimization
- Independently managing a portfolio of campaigns across different regions and solving quality optimisation and growth opportunities for clients.
- Actively manage internal clients and participate in communication flow between different teams with stakeholders (e.g. account management team) and external stakeholders (OEMs)
What does an ideal profile look like - Experience in performance media buying, CPM/CPC and/ or programmatic/ RTB
- Experience in bid strategies and advanced targeting tactics
- Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive both strategic decisions and operational tasks in a fast-paced international environment
- A highly motivated self-starter with a data and numbers-driven mindset
- Creative thinker and meticulous in your work
