Job Description Key Responsibilities:
- Market Assessment: Conduct thorough market research and assessment of rural areas near Ghaziabad to identify potential sales opportunities and target villages.
- Gram Mitra and Swastha Rakshak appointment: Develop and implement a robust strategy for recruiting and onboarding Gram Mitras in targeted villages. This includes identifying and building relationships with local Registered Medical Practitioners and community leaders to facilitate agent recruitment.
- Training and Development: Provide comprehensive training and support to Gram Mitras and Swastha Rakshaks to equip them with the necessary product knowledge and sales skills.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to rural markets, taking into account local customs, preferences, and buying behaviors.
- Sales Targets: Set and achieve sales targets for Gram Mitras and ensure they are consistently working towards achieving them.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in rural areas, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, Gram MItra performance, market insights, and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Market Expansion: Identify new villages and regions for market expansion, and work on strategies to enter these areas effectively.
