Job description

Managing the Process and Productivity for the assigned Assistant manager.

Managing a team of minimum 1 Collection manager and 4 team managers with a team of 200+ telecallers conducting risk based assessments on Processes in order to determine areas of focus for internal control.

Developing implements and Monitoring compliance

Training & developing the team on processes and collection strategies

Maintaining MIS and Weekly trackers on quality process and Training

working in close co ordination with the collection managers in delivering assigned target

must understand the dialer management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹6.5/- per year

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
