The ideal candidate will have:
- An ability to operationally oversee the hardware and software IT functions of hotels, such as basic troubleshooting.
- Proven experience using a CRM, ideally SalesForce.
- Sound operational knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Ideally, exposure to online marketing tools including Meta (FB & IG) Business/Ads Manager; Google Analytics and Ads; Google Business Profiles; Wordpress backend.
- Understanding of the principles of email marketing, paid online advertising, SEO, database management, lead generation and customer segmentation.
- Basic understanding of hotel Property Management System (PMS) Protel, online travel agent manager STAAH and financial software Tally Cloud.
- Experience in the supervision & training of internal team members and assist with adoption of new technology.
