Job Overview
Senior Full Stack Trainer with 7-10 years of experience. The role is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced trainer to join our team. This is a full-time position, but we are also open to considering part-time or remote arrangements.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to tailor training programs to meet the needs of diverse audiences.
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on full stack development.
- Create instructional materials, including presentations, exercises, and hands-on labs.
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and remotely.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to trainees during the training process.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in full stack development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevancy of training content.
- Provide feedback and guidance to trainees to help them improve their skills.
- Track training progress and provide reports to management.
