Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Management Trainee. The Graduate Management Trainee will be responsible for assisting senior management, learning the business, and gaining hands-on experience by working on projects relatec with Marketing , Brand Management , and TV Programming.

On completion of six months of employment they would be designated as Marketing Executive.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and learn quickly
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the music industry or related field is a plus
