About Us

The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men's and women's wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing categories like activewear, Supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes and very recently launched footwear and kidswear.

Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 15 offline stores with plans for expansion pan India.

Team & Position Summary

We seek a motivated and experienced

Growth Marketing Manager

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to maximize customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. This role focuses on optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and leveraging various digital channels to drive measurable results.

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Campaign Management:

Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, such as paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Team Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Reporting & Insights:

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the performance of marketing campaigns and recommend actionable improvements. Analytics and Data Analysis:

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Use data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

Continuously optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. Budget Management:

Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are within budget while delivering desired results. Customer Segmentation:

Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to personalize marketing messages and improve targeting. Competitive Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' marketing strategies to identify opportunities and threats.

Experience & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a similar role and category of Womenswear. Strong analytical skills and arithmetic proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms). Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing channels. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
