We're currently looking for a Principal Product Manager with experience in Integration technologies, to join our team in Bangalore, India
Job Summary
As the Principal Product Manager iPaaS, you will be responsible for driving innovation and deliver robust, scalable and user friendly iPaaS solutions in hybrid environment (cloud & on-prem). You will define the roadmap based on customers' and partners' guidance and work with R&D on execution and deliver superlative user experience for ease of use. In the role of Principal Product manager, you must be able to work and adapt in a flexible, fast-paced environment. Working as the Principal Product Manager you must have relevant technical background, as well as great communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
You will be reporting to Director, Product Management
Day-to-day Duties Here's What You'll Be Doing
- Work with R&D, define product strategy, roadmap, features, and functions to adhere to modern distributed scalable architecture - robust containerized (Docker/Kubernetes) micro-services design.
- Build winning UI/UX to simplify product usability and optimization.
- Develop/run demos and webinar/workshops for customers and partners.
- Collaborate with other Product Management peers across Cloud, Platform, Data Integration and AI
- Collaborate effectively with worldwide, cross-functional teams such as sales, engineering, security, legal, support, marketing, and customer success.
- Research how to best use AI and ML in context of Informatica iPaaS technologies and customer journey/pipeline.
- Work closely with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and content creation
- Have customer-centric attitude. Be the voice of the customer and build impactful relationships.
Key Essentials
- Mandatory bachelor's degree in science or engineering, preferably in s/w engineering or computer science.
- 8-10 years at a Product Management role, with expertise in enterprise/SaaS environments
- Mandatory Hands-on knowledge and experience with building enterprise SaaS products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills internally and externally.
- Deep knowledge with Integration technologies for operational integration (integration in real-time) is expected.
- iPaaS domain experience is a plus.
- Master's in business administration considered an advantage.
What We'd Like to See
- Knowledge and experience with workings of API and API Strategy will be an advantage.
- Experience in ESB space is preferred.
- Experience with competitive Integration Platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato is highly desirable
