Job Title : BI Support LeadWork Location : HyderabadExperience : 10+ yearsRequired Skills : Supporting Data platform, Snowflake, Data bricksResponsibilities :- Lead the technical support efforts for our critical application, ensuring its reliability, availability, and performance.- Provide hands-on technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the application, data pipeline, and underlying infrastructure.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and business stakeholders to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact users.- Communicate effectively with business users, stakeholders, and leadership regarding incidents, outages, and ongoing maintenance activities.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our application and infrastructure.- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to SRE, cloud computing, and data engineering.- Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the team.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.- 3+ years of experience in a technical support lead or SUPPORT Lead role, with a strong background in supporting web applications, data pipelines, and cloud-based infrastructure.- Extensive experience with React JS, Power BI, Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory (ADF) or similar technologies.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.- Proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices to enhance system reliability and performance.- Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are a plus.
